Using tools such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Human Design, and life coaching frameworks, I guide you in creating actions that are both practical and deeply aligned.

    These actions are never about forcing or striving, but about consciously choosing what supports your growth, values, and vision. With each step, you reclaim more freedom from the conditioning of the mind and begin to shape a life that feels purposeful, authentic, and expansive.

In our 60 minutes together, I’ll meet you exactly where you are with empathy, insight, and a personalised blend of modalities such as Human Design, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, and breathwork. You’ll leave each session with greater clarity, fresh perspective, and practical tools to move forward—one step at a time.
